- Immutable notes and versioned claims, so nothing rewrites the past.
What we are building now.

- Outcome tracking: what happened after the call, fed back as evidence with attribution kept explicit.
- Drift alerts: when the strategy changes, which past reasoning went stale gets flagged.
- Shared workspaces across several products under one strategy.
What we are not building.
- An agent that acts on its own. The decisions are yours, and execution goes through your own tools.
- A replacement for Linear, PostHog or anything else we read. They stay your systems of record.
- A universal ontology of product evidence. We model what a decision needs and stop there.
